Smile app- Updating your Child's details


The Smile app allows you to update details for your child including:

Note: Changes can also be managed via your Guardian portal see: Guardian portal - updating your child's details


  • Health Details
  • Expired Documents or Medications
  • Address information etc.


To update this information:


  1. Log into your Smile app on your device
  2. Select the Family screen from the menu



  1. Select the name of your child


  1. Select the Section to update the details for eg. Health & Diet Info



  1. Add in the or updated details eg. new expiry dates, adding relevant attachments
  2. Select back arrow


  1. Select Save



The service will receive a notification of the changes that have been made. Continue to manage any other changes for your family, eg. Managing Guardians or Nominees
