Guardian portal - Viewing & Signing the Declaration

This article will assist you with viewing and agreeing to the Declaration via your Guardian portal for your Service.

Overview

If your Service has updated their Terms & Conditions or their declaration information, you will be prompted to sign or re-sign the Declaration. You can also sign or view the Declaration via the Smile APP.

Signing your Declaration

To sign your Services Declaration:

Log into the Guardian poral via www.xap.rocks

Declarations can be signed via the Dashboard or the Family Screen

Signing via the Dashboard

Under Action Required section, select Complete declaration and consents

Tick all the pending declarations
Select confirm

Signing via the Family Screen

Select the Family screen icon from the left-hand menu
Within the Family summary screen scroll down to the Declaration section, select the 3 dot menu
Select Edit from the drop-down

Tick all the pending declarations
Select confirm

Viewing Existing Declaration details

Select the Family screen icon from the left-hand menu
Within the Family summary screen scroll down to the Declaration section, select the 3 dot menu
Select Edit from the drop-down

Note: If all declarations have been signed the status will display as Completed

The screen will display:

Declaration signed status
Date and Time it was last signed
Name of Guardian who signed
Current declaration acknowledgements
