Smile APP - Viewing and Agreeing to the Declaration

This article will assist you with viewing and agreeing to the Declaration via your Smile APP for your Service.

Overview

If your Service has updated their Terms & Conditions or their declaration information, you will be prompted to sign or re-sign the Declaration. You can sign or view the Declaration via the Smile APP or via the Guardian portal.

Signing your Declaration

To sign your Services Declaration:

Log into the Smile APP

From the menu select Family

The Family screen will display and the Action(s) required will display the re-declaration required.

Select the Declaration action button.

Tick any pending declarations
Select Save to save your acknowledgement

Viewing Existing Declaration details

Scroll down in the Families screen and select the Declaration option.

Note: Completed declarations will display as Completed

View **current **declaration acknowledgements
