How to Download and Login to the Xap Connect App (Android & Apple)

Welcome to Xap! This article will assist you with downloading and logging into the Xap Connect App on your device.

Overview

Xap Connect App allows educators to manage attendance data, record activities and observations and note medications and incidents for children at their service.

**To install the Xap staff mobile application: **

Click the Play Store on your Android device __OR __ App Store on your Apple device to search for "Xap Connect" and select Install.
Once the Connect App is downloaded, select Open.

Select to allow Notifications

To login, enter the username and password that you had set up from your activation email and agree to the terms and conditions.

Note: Check your junk mailbox if you can't find that email or you can request another email from your Service.

Note: If you can't remember your password you can select ** Forgot your password ** and follow the prompts.
