How to use Staff Mobile Application

** Staff Mobile Application ** will allow all staff members to access the Xap dashboard, activities, journeys and more via their mobile phone for a better and easy access.

** Step 1: ** Login to your Xap application.

Note: You can select ** allow ** to receive notifications from ** Xap connect ** on your device.

** Step 2:** Select the service/centre.

** Step 3:** Select activities to view all activities available on your Xap.

** Step 4:** Select notifications to view updates and notifications.

Note: Select allow to ensure Xap Connect will send you notifications.

** Step 5:** Select published or draft posts, to view and make adjustments.

Note: Published posts will allow all staff members and families to maintain a positive communication, and keep track of the children's daily activities and more.

** Step 6:** Select option to edit, delete or report if required.
