How to Edit or Delete an Experience

Xap allows you to review, edit or delete an experience if you wish to remove or amend the record.

Edit an experience:

**Step 1: ** Select the journey module from the menu bar.

**Step 2: ** Go to the experiences tab and click the '...' option on the right-hand side of the experience that needs to be edited .

Select the edit option.

Step 3: In the review experience page, select edit.

From the drop down menu, select what needs to be edited, i.e., the general details or other details.

Step 4: Once the relevant changes are made, review the experience. You can either save the changes as a draft to revisit it later or you can publish the edited experience.

How to Delete an Experience

Step 1: In the experiences page, click the '...' option on the right-hand side of the experience that needs to be deleted.

Select the delete option.

Step 2: You can either select the confirm delete option or cancel to go back.
