How to Edit or Delete an Observation

Xap allows you to review, edit and delete an observation.

Edit an Observation

** Step 1: ** Select the journey module from the left-hand side menu bar.

** Step 2: ** In the observations page, click the '...' option on the right-hand side of the observation that needs to be edited.

Select the edit option.

**Step 3: ** In the review observation page, select the edit option.

From the drop down menu that appears, select the page that needs editing.

**Step 4: ** Once the relevant changes have been made, review the observation and select post.

How to Delete an Observation

Step 1: In the observations page, click the '...' option on the right-hand side of the observation that needs to be deleted.

Select the delete option.

Step 2: You can either select confirm delete or cancel to go back.
