Withdrawing CCSS Session Reports
This article will assist you with managing withdrawing CCSS Session reports.
Overview
In some instances, you may need to withdraw a CCS session report.
This will only need to occur if for example you have deleted the entire week that was previously submitted to CCSS.
Manually withdrawing a Session.
- Select the Bookings & Attendances screen from the left-hand menu.

- Select the Session Reports Tab on the top menu.

- Use the search filters to search for the session reports you need to withdraw.

- Select the 3 dot menu for the session to withdraw
- Select Withdraw from the drop down menu.

- Select the reason the sessions are being withdrawn.
- Administrative error
- Responding to 204C
- Responding to parent dispute
- Select Confirm Withdraw

- Select YES to confirm the withdrawal.
