Overview

If your Service provides Preschool/Kindergarten programs and you would like to capture this information, you can activate the Kindergarten Fee section on your Enrolment forms,

To assist you further with managing Tags see: How to Manage Tags and Enrolment Form - Kindergarten Questions

If you have enabled the Kindergarten section of the enrolment form, Tags can be applied to the child/ren once the questions have been answered, this also includes applying Tag's for Discounts:

  • Standard questions on the Kindergarten section of the Enrolment form will have automatic Tags applied to the child if completed
  • Custom questions will not have an automatic Tag applied to the Child if completed. Tags will need to be manually added to the child.

To apply Manual Tags to a Child

  1. Select the Families Screen
  2. Select the Children Tab from the top menu
  3. Select the 3 dot menu next to the child
  4. Select Add/Edit Tag from the drop-down menu
Note: If this is to be applied in conjunction with a Discount that has been configured as a Rule. Rules will only apply automatically whenever a booking is created or changed and meets the Rule conditions. You only need to manually apply a Discount by Rule if the child now meets the Rule, but their booking hasn’t changed. Example: A Rule applies a discount based on a Tag. If the child has just been given that Tag, the Discount won’t apply automatically because the booking didn’t change. In this case, you will need to manually apply the Direct Discount.

  1. Select Add Tag

  1. Type in the Tag name
  • If this is a new Tag select the option from the drop-down menu
  • or if this is a new Tag, select Create ""##""
  1. Select Save

The Tag will then be applied to the selected child.

Note: Tag's can also be applied in bulk see: Applying Tags.
