Re-send Kiosk PIN in Bulk


This article will assist you with sending or re-sending Kiosk PIN's in bulk to Guardians.


Overview


Kiosk PIN's are used by Guardians and Nominees to sign children in/out via the Services Kiosk.

If they need to be re-sent this can be done in Bulk for Contacts with Guardian level permissions.

Nominees Kiosk PIN's can be re-set individually by the Service or via the Portal for Guardians and Carers. see: Service - Reset Guardian or Nominee PIN or Portal for Guardians & Carers - Managing PIN's


Re-sending KIOSK PIN's


To re-send the Kiosk PIN's in Bulk.


  1. Select the Families Screen
  2. Select the Guardians Tab



  1. Select the Guardian/s to re-send the Kiosk PIN and email to
  2. Select Bulk Action
  3. Select Send Kiosk Code Email Notification



  1. Select either the required option to send Kiosk code email to
  • All the selected Guardians or
  • Guardian who does not have the Kiosk code setup yet
  1. Select Send Email
