Note: With the changes for QLD Kindergarten forecasting and acquittal processes using a software you will need to create Kindy Programs within Xap to manage this information. The programs dates will need to cover from Q1, 2023.

Step 1. Create Kindy/Preschool programs

Step 2. Apply Tag's to eligible children eg. KFS+, FTB A/B

Step 3. Complete Forecast Report

Step 4. Apply Term Charges & Misc. Charges

Step 5. Apply Applicable Kindy Credits/Fee Payments

Step 6. Generate Invoices
