Viewing Enrolment Form Attachments

This article will assist you with viewing and downloading Enrolment form attachments.

Overview

If a Family has uploaded attachments as a part of their Enrolment form, you are able to view these attachments via:

Bookings & Attendances Screen > Roll Screen reports
Reports Screen
Family Summary Screen

via Bookings & Attendance Screen > Roll Screen Report

The Rolls screen reports allow you to view information as well as attachments for eg. Children Health & Additional Needs.

Select the Bookings & Attendances Screen
Select the Rolls Screen
Select the Download icon
Select eg. Health & Additional Needs from the drop-down menu

Select the Room/s to be included
Select the Week Start Date to look at bookings and children for
Tick Only print children with health conditions or additional needs if you would only like to view this information.
Select Download

The report will display:

Child & Guardian details
Health Conditions & Additional Needs information
Any uploaded attachments

Note: Attachments can be viewed/downloaded when previewing this report.

Viewing Attachments via Reports Screen

If you would like to view attachments that have been added for all Children with eg. Medical Conditions, this can be found via your Reports Screen.

Select the Reports Screen
Select the required report eg. Children Health Conditions

Scroll over to the column called Attachments

This will display any uploaded attachments that may have been updated.

Note: For further information see: Children Health Report. You can also export this report out if you would like to refine your Filters and only view Children with Attachments. If you would like to download the attachments, this will be via the Family Summary screen.

You can view any attachments that have been uploaded on the Enrolment form within the Family Summary screen.

Select the Family
Select the Summary Screen

Within the Summary Screen you can view/download the attachments within:

Within the Medical Conditions section

Within the Attachments section

Select the Child Profile section

All Attachment types will be displayed for the selected child, they can be viewed and downloaded as required.
