Web Portal for Guardians & Carers - Pay Now

This article will assist you with paying your Bill online for your Service.

Overview

Whether you are paying via Direct Debit payments, B-Pay or Direct to Centre, you can now pay your bill or make a top-up payment via your Web Portal for Guardians and Carers.
As a part of our continued commitment to security, we've improved how families enter payment details with our Tier 1 PCI DSS complaint partner PayChoice.

Note: If you are unable to see this feature you will need to contact your Child Care Service, as they may not have enabled this feature.If you would like to pay via the Smile APP see: Smile APP - Pay Now

Viewing the Pay Now Option

To view the pay now option, this can be located:

Dashboard
Families Screen > Payments & Billing Tab

Note: If you have an upcoming Scheduled Direct Debit payment, this Pay Now payment will be in addition to this payment. For further clarification, please contact your Child Care service regarding their invoice and payment settings or if you would like it to replace or cancel your upcoming scheduled payment.

Making a Payment via Dashboard

Select the Dashboard screen on the left-hand menu
Select the Make a Payment button.

If you are currently setup to pay by Direct Debit

The Payment Date will automatically default to today's date
Add in the amount of the payment you would like to make
Add in further details into the Description if required.
Select Continue to Payment

Select to use your Existing Direct Debit Details
Tick that you agree to Paychoices T's & C's

Note: You also have the option to add in new Bank or Credit Card details for this payment.

Select Confirm and Pay

The Service will be notified of your payment.
