Head Count Report

Head Count Report


This article will assist you with the viewing and managing the Head Count Report.


Overview


Head Counts are created either via the Connect App for Educators or via the Xap program within the Activities Screen.

If you would like to report on Head Counts that have been created this can be created via the Activities screen.


There are restrictions around creating this report.


  1. If you are logged in as Enterprise and under 10 Centres or Centre mode under 10 Centres - you can only generate the report for 1 week at a time.
  2. If you are logged in Enterprise mode with access to 10 or more Centres - you can only generate the report for 1 Day at a time.


Producing the Head Count Report


  1. Select the Activities Screen on the left hand menu
  2. Select either Draft or Published
  3. Select the Download icon
  4. Select Export Head Count Report



  1. If you are in Enterprise (multi-centre) mode, select the Centre name
  2. Select Activity From Date
  3. Select Activity To Date
  4. Select Status - Active or Archived
  5. Select Draft/Publish - Draft or Published
  6. Select Export
