Pre-Go Live Checklist for new Xap Services
This article contains a checklist to assist you with ensuring your Services are ready to go live on the Xap program.
Step 1: Download the Educator Connect App on all Room and Front Desk devices How to Download and Login to the Staff Mobile Application (Android & Apple)
Step 2: Have all your educators sign in and out of the Educator Connect app to ensure they have access Help Page - Connect App Educator Processes Guides and Videos
Step 3: Try changing the Connect app into Kiosk mode ready for your guardians to sign in/out on the first day Logging into the Xap Kiosk
Step 4: Send a reminder to guardians to activate their XAP accounts Families - Account Activation Report
Step 5: Print a blank attendance sheet for the first day Printing a blank Attendance Sheet
Step 6: Add in any transaction categories you require - Payment & Billing Settings: Adding or Editing Transaction Categories
Step 7: Ensure all session reports have been submitted on Friday in your previous software after all children have left the service
