Absent Attendances Report


Where can you find this report?


The Absent Attendances report can be located on your reports screen.


  1. Select the Reports screen from the left hand menu
  2. Under the Bookings section select the Absent Attendances report.



When would I use this report?


The absent attendances report enables you to view details of all absent attendances for children and their details within the service. This report is able to be exported and refined to suit the service's needs and display desired details.


The report will display all active and inactive children within your service, as well as their basic information loaded into their child profiles, and includes a unique identifier to allow you to cross-reference across multiple reports.


What will this report show?


This report will display:

Heading

Description

A

Child

Displays the first and last name of the child

B

Booking Date

Displays the date for the recorded absence for the child

C

Days

Displays the day of the week for the recorded absence for the child

D

Family

Displays the name of the Family the child is linked to.

E

Payment Account

Displays the name of the payment account the child is linked to.

F

Booking Type

Displays the type of booking for the recorded absence eg. repeat weekly, repeat fortnightly, casual for the child.

G

Rooms

Displays the rooms for the recorded absence for the child.

H

Sessions

Displays the name of the session for the recorded absence for the child.

I

Session Time

Displays the times connected to the session for the recorded absence for the child.

J

Booking Time

Displays the times connected to the session/booking for the recorded absence for the child.

K

Fees

Displays the price of the session for the recorded absence for the child.

L

Discount Amount

Displays the dollar value if there was a discount applied for the recorded absence for the child.

M

Subsidy Name

Displays the subsidy name for the recorded absence for the child.

N

Subsidy Amount

Displays the dollar value if there was a subsidy discount applied for the recorded absence for the child.

O

Aboriginal Status

Displays the aboriginal/torres strait islander status the child for the recorded absence.

P

Absence

Displays the Y indicator for the child for the recorded absence.

Q

Absence Reason

Displays the absence reason if recorded for the child eg. Child ill.

R

Attachments

Displays the False indicator if there is no supporting document or True if there has been a supporting document uploaded for the absence.

S

Organisation

Displays the name of the organisation the child is linked to.

T

Provider

Displays the name of the provider the child is linked to.

U

Centre

Displays the name of the centre the child is linked to.

V

Organisation ID

Displays ID of the organisation the child is linked to.

W

Provider ID

Displays ID of the provider the child is linked to.

X

Centre ID

Displays the ID of the centre the child is linked to.

Y

Family ID

Displays the Family ID the child is linked to.

Z

Child ID

Displays the ID of the child.


How would I use this report?


The report can be exported out to excel or csv formats as well as filtered.


Filtering the report


To refine the details listed,

  1. Select the reports option icon
  2. Select the filter icon from the drop-down


  1. You will then be able to view the current refinements showing. Select the section you wish to refine and edit the selection.
  2. Once complete, select apply.


Exporting the report


To export the report,


  1. Select the reports option icon
  2. Select the export icon from the drop-down
  3. Select the report format either excel or csv
