When would I use this report?
The Children Emergency contacts report will assist you with viewing and managing details for these children within your Service.
The report displays all emergency contacts for the children within the service. This can be used in cases of illness, injury or emergencies. This report is able to be exported and refined to suit the service's needs and display desired details.
The report will display all active and inactive children within your service and includes a unique identifier to allow you to cross-reference across multiple reports.

The important columns to note are:
Heading | Description |

Person Type | Displays the status of the contact - guardian or nominee. |
Child Relation | Displays the relationship of the guardian/nominee to the child. |
Contact Priority | Displays the contact priority that has been set for the guardian/nominee. |
Seek Medical Treatment | Displays the Y or N authorisation for the guardian/nominee for being contacted for medical treatment for the child/ren. |
Authorise Medication | Displays the Y or N authorisation for the nominee for being contacted for authorising medication to be administered for the child/ren. |
Act as Emergency Contact | Displays the Y or N authorisation for the nominee for being contacted for in case of an emergency for the child/ren. |
Excursion Permission | Displays the Y or N authorisation for the nominee for able to authorise excursions for the child/ren. |
Dropoff-Pickup | Displays the Y or N authorisation for the nominee for being able to sign the child/ren in/out of the Service. |
Pickup From Date | Displays the effective date for the nominee to be able sign the child/ren in/out of the Service. |
Pickup To Date | Displays the effective date for the nominee to stop being able sign the child/ren in/out of the Service. |
SMS Opt-out | Displays Y if the Nominee has been opted out from receiving SMS messages by the Guardian (blank if opted IN) |
