This report helps you:
- Calculate discounts accurately
Determine the correct percentage discount for each child’s ACT Free 3YO Preschool bookings.
- Monitor eligibility
Track ongoing eligibility and flag exceptions, including:
- CCS changes
- Mid-day drops in CCS hours
- Apply discounts in bulk
Group children with the same session lengths and booking days to streamline bulk discount updates.
Designed to ensure discounting is consistent, accurate, and easy to audit.

The CCS Enrolment Management Dashboard report is broken into 3 report tabs:
- Enrolment Quality & Compliance - View & manage CCS enrolment details
- CCS Hours Risks & Booking Hygiene - View children Booked hours vs CCS Eligible Hours
- Attendance Risks & Ceased Enrolments - View absences first/last days of care, ceased/ing enrolments, consistent absences
How do I use the information on the report?
Section 1: Filters
Heading | Description |
|---|---|
Centrel | Filter between centre/s for your organisation |
Booking Date Range | Apply filters to display the booking information to calculate the discount to be applied. |
Program Hours | Add in the total daily amount of Kindy program hours to base the calculation on. |
Section 2: Report
Important columns to note:
Heading | Description |
|---|---|
Kindy Program | Displays the name of the kindy program the child is linked to (if created) |
Session Fee ($) | Total fee that is charged per booking date |
Fee Discount ($) | Total amount of fee discount. |
Unverified CRN/DOB | Enrolments where the CRNs or DOBs has not yet been verified by DHS. |
CRN/DOB Mismatch | Enrolments where the CRN or DOB does not match the enrolment notices, causing a record mismatch. |
Compliance | The percentage of enrolments that meet all requirements and have none of the issues listed above. Hover the donut chart to view the number of Compliant and Non-Compliant enrolments. |
