Bond Transactions By Months - Liability Report
When would I use this report?
The bond transactions by months - liability report enables you to view the individual bond transactions that have been added for children/families within the service by Month and Financial Year that are liable to be paid back.
This includes:
- Month the bond transaction was added
- Amount held or refunded per family
- Centre the bond was paid against
- Filterable by financial year
This report is able to be exported and refined to suit the service's needs and display desired details.
The report will display all active and inactive children within your service, and includes a unique identifier to allow you to cross-reference across multiple reports.
Where can you find this report?
The Bond Transaction by Months - Liability report can be located on your reports screen.
- Select the Reports screen from the left hand menu
- Under the Financial section select the Bond Transactions - Liability report.
What will this report show?
This report will display:
Column | Heading | Description |
|---|---|---|
A | Payment Account ID | Displays the family ID that the bond has been linked to. |
B | Family | Displays the name of the Family the bond is linked to. |
C | Transaction Category | Displays the transaction category name the bond has been paid against, this will include if you have created custom liability transactions. |
D | Jul($) | Displays the total bonds added/transferred for July for the service. |
E | Aug($) | Displays the total bonds added/transferred for August for the service. |
F | Sep($) | Displays the total bonds added/transferred for September for the service. |
G | Oct($) | Displays the total bonds added/transferred for October for the service. |
H | Nov($) | Displays the total bonds added/transferred for November for the service. |
I | Dec($) | Displays the total bonds added/transferred for December for the service. |
J | Jan($) | Displays the total bonds added/transferred for January for the service. |
K | Feb($) | Displays the total bonds added/transferred for February for the service. |
L | Mar($) | Displays the total bonds added/transferred for March for the service. |
M | Apr($) | Displays the total bonds added/transferred for April for the service. |
N | May($) | Displays the total bonds added/transferred for May for the service. |
O | Jun($) | Displays the total bonds added/transferred for June for the service. |
P | Total($) | Displays the total bond transaction amounts for the financial year. |
Q | Provider | Displays the name of the provider the bond is linked to. |
R | Centre | Displays the name of the centre the bond is linked to. |
S | Organisation ID | Displays ID of the organisation the bond is linked to. |
T | Provider ID | Displays ID of the provider the bond is linked to. |
U | Centre ID | Displays the ID of the centre the bond is linked to. |
V | Family ID | Displays the ID of the family the bond is linked to. |
How would I use this report?
The report can be exported out to excel or csv formats as well as filtered.
Filtering the report
To refine the details listed, you can select the:
- Select the provider
- The centre/s
- Select the financial year
- Select search to apply the filters
Exporting the report
To export the report,
- Select the report type you would like to view, you can select the report format either excel or csv
