CCSS Session Reports Pending Submission
This article will assist you in identifying and resolving CCSS Session Reports that are not yet submitted due to errors. By default, the report will display session reports pending submission for the last week.
What information is on the report?
The report contains key information to assist with identifying CCSS Session Reports that are not yet submitted due to an error, as well as the resolution to resolve the error. This information includes:
- Child Name
- Child Enrolment ID
- Session Report Start Date
- Session Report End Date
- Session Report Status
- Submission Error
- Resolution
How do I use this report?
After submitting your session reports to CCSS, some may not be submitted due to an error. You can run the Session Reports Pending Submission report to identify session reports that have an error preventing submission. It is recommended that the report is run once at least once a week, after the previous weeks session reports have been submitted but the report can be run at any time.
The report will display Session Reports not submitted in the last week by default, however, you can use the date range filter to search for prior weeks. The report will also default to only display current CCS Financial Year information. You can view session reports not submitted in a prior financial year by toggling OFF the Current option in the top right of the report.
When the report is run, all session reports for the specified weeks that have not been submitted due to an error will be displayed. The report will specify the week impacted, the child name and enrolment ID the submission error, and the resolution.
