CCSS Session Subsidy Report

What Information is on the Report?

This Session subsidy report will provide you with the CCS Session Subsidy information from CCSS to calculate the subsidy per session.

The report will include:

  • The reason why a CCS payment may be different,
  • Provide information on where the CCS/ACCS was paid to either Service or directly to the Individual/Family.

How would I use this report?

  • You can search for a specific Child or Family Name
  • Search for a specific Centre/s if you are in Enterprise/Multi-Centre view
  • Search on Session reports between selected Start and End Dates
  • The report/screen can be filtered on Session Statuses

  • Total Amount Charged Min/Max
  • Total Rebate received Min/Max
  • No of Session Counts
  • Expanding the Session report will display
  1. The Recipient column will show SERVIC, meaning the payment or refund is with the service or INDIVI, meaning the payment or refund is with the guardian.
  2. The Reason column shows the additional information for the payment or refund.

What can I do with the information on the Report?

  • The report can be used to show a further breakdown of an account balance to a Guardian that their account balance is correct.
  • The CCS Session subsidy report will assist with clarifying the Families queries, if the statement or invoice is showing an outstanding amount that the Guardian feels it is incorrect due to either no CCS/ACCS or a different amount of CCS/ACCS paid.
  • If the Recipient column shows INDIVI with a CCS payment, then the payment has been paid directly to the Guardian and the CCS/ACCS payment will not be made to the Service.
  • If the Recipient column shows INDIVI and there is a negative value in the CCS Amount column then a debt has been raised with the guardian.
  • This report will display the session amount charged, the hourly amount, session start time, end time and total session hours. The report can be used to check that the hours and rates are correct.
