This article will assist you with viewing children at your service who have health documents and viewing expiry dates
What information is on the report?
The Children Health Conditions report will assist you with viewing and managing details for these children within your Service.
The report will display all active and inactive children within your service and includes a unique identifier to allow you to cross-reference across multiple reports.
How do I use this report?
Letter | Column name | Description |
|---|---|---|
A | Centre | Filter for selected Centre/s |
B | Expiry Date | Filter on particular expiry dates |
C | Family status | Filter on status of family - Active, Inactive |
D | Child status | Filter on status of the child - Active, Inactive |
E | Centre | Additional filter for selected centre/s |
F | Child | First and last name of the child |
G | Known as | Known as name of the child if added |
H | Family | Name of the Family the child is linked to |
I | Health Document | Name of Health Document that has been added |
J | Expiry Date | Expiry date of uploaded health document |
K | Child status | Status of the child - Active, Inactive |
L | Family status | Status of family - Active, Inactive |
M | Region | State/Territory the child's centre is located |
N - T | Organisation/Provider/Centre/Child | Provides additional filters for the child eg. Organisation name, Organisation ID etc. |
