Config Reports - Room Configuration


This article will assist you with viewing and understanding the Room Configurations report.


When would I use this report?


This report can be used for:


  • Viewing Room names across multiple Centres.
  • Filtering by Provider/Centres for multi-centre Organisations.
  • Viewing ID numbers for external reporting.
  • Viewing linked Sessions/fees.
  • Viewing age ranges and places of each room.
  • Planning on changes for the service.



How do I use the information on the report?


This report will provide you with the room configuration setting details that have been configured for your Services.

This will be beneficial for Organisations with multiple services.



The information that is displayed on the report is:


  1. Centre - Displays the name of the Services you are logged into
  2. Room - Displays the name of the Room for the selected service
  3. Room Age Group - Displays the min/max age group in months for the selected room
  4. Room Places - Displays the maximum daily room capacity
  5. Linked Sessions - Displays the names of the session/s that have been linked to the room
  6. Room Min Age - Displays the Room minimum age in months
  7. Room Max Age - Displays the Room maximum age in months
  8. Organisation ID - Displays the Organisation ID the room/centre are linked to
  9. Provider ID - Displays the Provider ID the room/centre are linked to

This will be beneficial for Organisation with multiple providers.

  1. Centre ID - Displays the Centre ID the room is linked to
  2. Room ID - Displays the Room ID



How should I use the report?


This report can be filtered and exported using the report options button.

Filtering the report

To filter the reports information.


  1. Select the report options button
  2. Select the Filter icon from the drop-down menu



This filter option will allow you to select the centre you wish to view, if you are in a multi-centre/Enterprise mode.

  1. Select the Centre
  2. Select Apply



Exporting the Report.


To export the report.


  1. Select the report options button
  2. Select the Export icon
  3. Select the report style either Excel or CSV
