Connect app - Staff sign in/out of rooms

The Xap Connect app enables Educators to easily sign in and out of rooms within your service, helping to streamline daily attendance tracking.

Actions:

1. Sign into a room/roll
2. Sign out from a room/roll
3. Sign out for a break
4. Sign back in from a break

Signing into a room/roll

1. From the Kiosk sign in screen, add your mobile number select Next

2. Add in your Kiosk code

3. Select Check In next to the room/roll
4. Select Submit

Pop-up will display a successful check-in.

Sign out of a room/roll

Repeat steps 1 & 2 as above.

3. Select End Shift
4. Submit

splays shift ended

Sign out for a break

Repeat steps 1 & 2 as above.

3. Select Take Break
4. Submit

Sign back in from a break

Repeat steps 1 & 2 as above.

3. Select Check In next/same to the room/roll
4. Select Submit

Viewing further details

Displays current shifts sign in/out, break information
