Family Court Order Report



When would I use this report?


The family court order report enables you to view details of all children and their court order details within the service. This report is able to be exported and refined to suit the service's needs and display desired details.

The report will display all active and inactive children that have court orders within your service, as well as their basic information loaded into their child profiles. The report will also includes a unique identifier to allow you to cross-reference across multiple reports.



Where can you find this report?


The Family Court Order report can be located on your reports screen.


  1. Select the Reports screen from the left hand menu
  2. Under the Family section select the Family Court Order report.



What will this report show?

This report will display:


Column

Heading

Description

A

Child

Displays the first and last name of the child

B

Child Status

Displays the active/inactive status of the child.

C

Known As

Displays the known as name if this has been set by the Guardian or Service (can be different to legal name).

D

Child DOB

Displays the DOB of the child.

E

Child Age

Displays the age in months of the child.

F

Family

Displays the name of the Family the chid is linked to.

G

Court Orders

Displays Y indicating there is a court order for the child.

H

Court Details

Displays the details of the court order for the child.

I

Document Uploaded

Displays Y or N if there is a supporting court order document uploaded for the child.

J

Documents

Displays type of document that has been uploaded for the child.

K

Expiry Date

Displays the expiry date for the court order linked to the child.

L

Order Relates to

Displays the name of the child the court order relates to.

M

Authorised Contact

Displays the name of authorised contact for the child.

N

Rooms

Displays the room/s the child is booked into.

O

Centre

Displays the name of the centre the child is linked to.

P

Provider

Displays the name of the provider the child is linked to.

Q

Organisation

Displays the name of the organisation the child is linked to.

R

Family ID

Displays the Family ID the child is linked to.

S

Child ID

Displays the ID of the child.

T

Centre ID

Displays the ID of the centre the child is linked to.

U

Organisation ID

Displays ID of the organisation the child is linked to.




How would I use this report?


The family court order report can be exported out to excel or csv formats as well as filtered.


Filtering the report


To refine the details listed,

  1. Select the reports option icon
  2. Select the filter icon from the drop-down

  1. You will then be able to view the current refinements showing. Select the section you wish to refine and edit the selection.
  2. Once complete, select apply.



Exporting the report


To export the report,


  1. Select the reports option icon
  2. Select the export icon from the drop-down
  3. Select the report format either excel or csv
