Family Notes Report

When would I use this report?

The Family Notes report displays any notes that have been created for Families at your Service.

The report will display all active and inactive children within your service and includes a unique identifier to allow you to cross-reference across multiple reports.

What will this report show?

All reports are available via the Xap Analytics screen. For full details on managing and filtering reports via Xap Analytics see: Xap Analytics screen overview.

The report will include:

Family Name
Subject of the Note
Note details
Child/ren linked to the Family
Visible to User/Roles
Created by User and Created Dates

To view all Family reports, see: Help Page - Family Reports Select the Reports Screen icon from the left-hand side menu.
