Family Report

The Family report will assist you with viewing and managing Child & Guardian details who attend your Service.

The report will display all active and inactive children within your service and includes a unique identifier to allow you to cross-reference across multiple reports.

All reports are available via the Xap Analytics screen. For full details on managing and filtering reports via Xap Analytics see: Xap Analytics screen overview.

The report will allow you to view :

All Guardians who have been linked to each child and their contact details
Declaration statuses
Family level Tags

Summary section

Heading	Description
Total Families	Total Families included for the selected Service/s and included filters.
Total Guardians	Total Guardians included for the selected Service/s and included filters.
Total Children	Total Children included for the selected Service/s and included filters.
Pending Declaration	Total number of declarations pending being signed for the selected Service/s and inlcuded filters.
