Financial Transactions By Months


This help document will demonstrate how to view, filter and download your service's financial transactions by months on created date.


When would I use this report?


The Financial Transactions by Months on created date report will assist you with viewing the total amount per month for all transaction types entered within the selected financial year/per service including:

  • All transaction types
  • Monthly transactions totals per centre

This report is able to be exported and refined to suit the service's needs and display desired details.

The report includes a unique identifier to allow you to cross-reference across multiple reports.


Where can you find this report?


  1. Select the Reports Screen
  2. Under the Financial report section, select the Financial Transactions (by Transaction Months) on created date Report


What will this report show?


The information displayed on this report includes:

Description

A

Transaction Category

Displays the name of the individual transaction type total that has been added per centre/ per month eg. Booking Fee, Misc. Charges, CCS Rebate, Direct Debit, Gap Fee Discount etc.

Jul($)

Displays the total added/transferred for July for the service.

C

Aug($)

Displays the total added/transferred for August for the service.

D

Sep($)

Displays the total added/transferred for September for the service.

E

Oct($)

Displays the total added/transferred for October for the service.

F

Nov($)

Displays the total added/transferred for November for the service.

G

Dec($)

Displays the total added/transferred for December for the service.

H

Jan($)

Displays the total added/transferred for January for the service.

I

Feb($)

Displays the total added/transferred for February for the service.

J

Mar($)

Displays the total added/transferred for March for the service.

K

Apr($)

Displays the total added/transferred for April for the service.

L

May($)

Displays the total added/transferred for May for the service.

M

Jun($)

Displays the total added/transferred for June for the service.

N

Total($)

Displays the total transaction amounts for the financial year.

Centre

Displays the name of the centre the transaction is linked to.

Provider

Displays the name of the provider the transaction is linked to.

Organisation ID

Displays ID of the organisation the transaction is linked to.

R

Provider ID

Displays the ID of the provider the transaction is linked to.

S

Centre ID

Displays the ID of the centre the transaction is linked to.


How would I use this report?


The children report can be exported out to excel or csv formats as well as filtered.


Filtering the report


To refine the details listed,

  1. Select the provider
  2. The centre/s
  3. Select the financial year
  4. Select search to apply the filters


To export the report,


  1. Select the report type you would like to view, you can select the report format either excel or  csv
