Guardian Consents Report




When would I use this report?


The guardian consents report enables users to view the consents the guardians have entered for each child.

This report is able to be exported and refined to suit the service's needs and display desired details.

This report could be used to check whether a child is allowed to participate in certain activities or which children are allowed to be photographed.

The guardians report will display all active and inactive families within your service, as well as their basic information.

What will this report show?


Important Columns to note:


Note: The report will display 1 line per child / per guardian linked to each family name.


Heading

Description

Events Participation

Displays the Y/N participation in events indicator for the child.

Restricted Events

Displays the events that have been flagged as restricted for the child eg. Christmas, Easter.

Generic Sunscreen

Displays the Y/N flag for the default sunscreen consent that has been flagged for the child.

Guardian Provided Sunscreen

Displays the Y flag if the guardian has requested to provide their own sunscreen, will display - if using service sunscreen for the child.

Centre Display

Displays the Y/N flag for the photo/publicity consent to display within the centre for the child.

Centre Promotion

Displays the Y/N flag for the photo/publicity consent to display for marketing/promotional events within the centre for the child.

Group Post

Displays the Y/N flag for the photo/publicity consent to display for group postings within the centre for the child.
