When would I use this report?
The IS case summaryreport will assist you with viewing the details of IS Cases for children who attend your Service.
Where can you find this report?
- Select the Reports Screen
- Under the CCSS report section, select the IS Case Summary Report
What will this report show?
The information displayed on this report includes:
Column | Heading | Description |

A | Centre | Displays the name of the centre the child is linked to. |
B | Family | Displays the first and last name of the family the child is linked to. |
C | Child Last | Displays the last name of the child |
D | First Name | Displays the first name of the child |
E | Enrolment ID | Displays the CCS enrolment ID for the child |
F | IS Case ID | Displays the IS Case ID for the child. |
G | IS Case Start Date | Displays the IS Case ID start date for the child. |
H | IS Case End Date | Displays the IS Case ID end date for the child. |
I | IS Case Type | Displays the IS Case type - eg. IDF Subsidy, Immediate/Time-Limited for the child. |
J | Payment Type | Displays the IS Case payment type - eg. IDF Subsidy-Centre Based Care, IDF Subsidy-Immediate Support for the child. |
K | Support Hours Period | Displays the type of IS hours eg. Approval, Week. |
L | Support Hours Total | Displays the total bucket amount of hours for the IS case. |
M | Support Hours Used | Displays the total hours currently used for the IS case. |
N | Support Hours Balance | Displays the total hours remaining for the IS case. |
O | Non Face To Face Hrs Total | Displays the total bucket amount of non F2F hours for the IS case. |
P | Non Face To Face Hrs Used | Displays the remaining non F2F hours for the IS case. |
Q | Non Face To Face Hrs Balance | Displays the total non F2F hours remaining for the IS case. |
R | Monday | Displays if Y/N if IS Case is linked to a Monday. |
S | Tuesday | Displays if Y/N if IS Case is linked to a Tuesday. |
T | Wednesday | Displays if Y/N if IS Case is linked to a Wednesday. |
U | Thursday | Displays if Y/N if IS Case is linked to a Thursday. |
V | Friday | Displays if Y/N if IS Case is linked to a Friday. |
W | Organisation ID | Displays the Organisation ID for the forecast |
X | Provider ID | Displays the Provider ID for the forecast |
Y | Centre ID | Displays the Centre ID for the forecast |
How would I use this report?
The children report can be exported out to excel or csv formats.
To export the report,
- Select the reports option icon
- Select the export icon from the drop-down
- Select the report format either excel or csv
