Inclusion Support Program Dashboard report



The Inclusion Support Program Dashboard report provides you with a clear and streamlined view of your ISP processes. It simplifies tracking, improves transparency, and supports more effective management of ISP claims, funding approvals, and all related activities.


The CCS Enrolment Management Dashboard report is broken into 2 report tabs:

  1. Case Health & Risk
  2. Hours & Claims


How do I use the information on the report?


All reports are available via the Xap Analytics screen. For full details on managing and filtering reports via Xap Analytics see: Xap Analytics screen overview.


Report Tab 1 - Case Health & Risk


Section 1: Filters


Heading

Description

Active Cases

Total number of cases with the “Approved” status

Children Supported

Number of children connected to these active cases

Case Expiry

Cases that have recently expired or are approaching their end date.

Cessation of Care

Cases where child(ren) have recently ceased or are about to cease care.

Claims Inactivity

Cases with no claims submitted for a period selected by the user, indicating potential follow-up is needed

Attendance Inactivity

Cases with no attendance recorded for a period selected by the user


Section 2: Case Details


This section provides you with an overview of the IS Case information including:

  • Child/ren linked
  • Approved IS Days of Care


Highlighted Columns

Heading

Description

End Date

Refers to the Case Expiry KPI in section 1.

Latest Claim

Refers to the claims Inactivity KPI in section 1.

Arrangement End

Refers to the Cessation of Care KP in section 1.



Report Tab 2 - Hours & Claims


Section 1: Hours & Claims


These indicators give you a quick view of what’s happening in your cases and flag any risks so you can easily see where attention might be needed.


Heading

Description

Unsubmitted Claims

Sessions that were attended but have not yet been claimed.

Paid Less than Claimed

Claims where the paid amount is lower than the amount submitted.

Overdue Pending Claim

Claims that were unsubmitted beyond the 60-day window

Claims Approaching Deadline

Claims nearing the end of the 60-day window

Claims on Invalid Days

Claims submitted for days where attendance was not recorded or approved.

Claims Missing Attended Days

Claims that do not include all attended approved days


Section 2: Attendance & Claims Schedule Table


This section allows you to filter the table by the selected issue type (KPI). This is useful if you want to focus on one issue at a time.

Red if action is needed

Days Columns

 Grey means approved days of care for the child for the particular IS Case, Red if a claim/week needs attention



Child & Case Details model


Selecting the Blue Case ID will display further information.

Once within the model, you can:

  • View the case details.
  • Go to the bookings to manage them if required
  • Co to the IS Cases screen
