Nominees Report


This article will assist you with viewing and understanding the Nominees report.


When would I use this report?


The nominee report enables you to view details of all nominees (emergency contacts) who are linked to the children within the service. This report is able to be exported and refined to suit the service's needs and display desired details.

The report will display all active and inactive nominees within your service, as well as their basic information loaded into nominee section of the child's enrolment form. The report also includes a unique identifier to allow you to cross-reference across multiple reports.

What will this report show?


Important columns to note:


Heading

Description

Seek Medical Treatment

Displays the Y or N authorisation for the nominee for being contacted for medical treatment for the child/ren.

Authorise Medication

Displays the Y or N authorisation for the nominee for being contacted for authorising medication to be administered for the child/ren.

Act as Emergency Contact

Displays the Y or N authorisation for the nominee for being contacted for in case of an emergency for the child/ren.

Excursion Permission

Displays the Y or N authorisation for the nominee for able to authorise excursions for the child/ren.

Dropoff-Pickup

Displays the Y or N authorisation for the nominee for being able to sign the child/ren in/out of the Service.

Pickup From/To Date

Displays the effective date for the nominee to start/stop being able sign the child/ren in/out of the Service.

SMS Opt-out

Displays Y if the Nominee has been opted out from receiving SMS messages by the Guardian (blank if opted IN)

Custom Fields

Displays the responses to any custom questions that may have been created for nominees on the enrolment form.
