Revenue Estimation Report

This article will assist you with viewing and understanding the Revenue Estimation Report

When would I use this report?

This report will assist you with projecting your Services possible revenue for future dates based on:

Current children's bookings
Current Fee prices
Current CCS entitlements
Current applied booking discounts

How do I use the information on the report?

The report can be sorted by:

Week
Day
Room
Session

To view the revenue for your Service/s:

Select the Services and Date Range to view the estimated revenue for
Select the Period
Select the Grouping

All reports are available via the Xap Analytics screen. For full details on managing and filtering reports via Xap Analytics see: Xap Analytics screen overview..

Important columns to note:

The Summary displays the full information for the selected period.

The report section, provides you a further breakdown per Centre, period, room etc.

Column	Description
Total Booking Fee	Total booking revenue for the selected period
Total CCS Rebate($)	Total possible CCS revenue for the selected period
Total Fee Discount($)	Total Fee Discounts that have been applied for the selected period
Total Other Subsidy($)	Total Other Subsidy discounts that have been applied for the selected period
Total GAP($)	Total estimated GAP for Guardians to pay for the selected period
Toal No. of Bookings	Total number of bookings for the selected period
Total No. of Hours	Total number of booked hours for the selected period
