Transactions by Payment Method Report

This article will assist you with how to view, filter and download your service's financial transactions by months.

Overview

The Financial Transactions by Payment Method report allows you to view all Transactions totals per Month for a selected Financial Year.

When would you use this report

This report will be beneficial to view a Total of all Transaction types for the selected Financial Year.

Viewing the Report

To view the Report

1. Select the Reports screen from the left-hand menu bar.
2. Select the Transactions by Payment Method report from the financial section.

Report Information

1. Provider (s) - If you are in Enterprise (multi-centre mode) you can select a Provider
2. Centre - Select a Centre to view the information for
3. Financial Year - Select the Financial Year to view the information for

4. Transaction Category - Displays each Transaction type that has been added
5. Displays the Total of each Transaction type per month
6. Total($) - Displays the Financial year Transaction type total amount
7. Provider - Displays the selected Provider
8. Centre - Displays the selected Centre
9. Download Excel - Allows you to download the report
