Enrolment Error - System must have an existing PEA Enrolment created before you can create bookings

This article will assist you with understanding and managing the PEA Enrolment error.

Overview

From the 1st July 2021, CCS have made changes to the ACCS Child Wellbeing process.

For children who are identified as being at risk, they need to have a PEA Enrolment type created.

Reason the Error occurs

For children who are under the PEA Reason of Foster/Kinship Care, this is for a maximum of 13 weeks per Service, per Child CRN.

Due to the requirements of the date range of the PEA Type for Foster/Kinship Care or needing to specify if they are under Service not able to identify a CCS eligible carer. The PEA CCSS Enrolment needs to be created first before bookings are created.

If you try to create the bookings prior to the PEA Enrolment you will receive the below error.

Resolving the Error

To resolve this error, you will need to:

Create the PEA Enrolment via the Enrolment Tab
Bookings can be created as Casual or Recurring Weekly/Fortnightly via the Enrolment.
