How to Update/Refresh an Enrolment Status

An Enrolment Status can update if a centre manually enters in new information such as a CRN, if the guardian confirms the enrolment via MyGov, or if an enrolment ceases automatically. To refresh an Enrolment Status, follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Click on Families

Step 2: Click on the child's name

Step 3: Select Enrolments

Step 4: Find the enrolment you wish to view the status for and click on the 3 dot menu. Select Query CCS.

Step 5: Click Query CCSS.

Step 6: View the most recent status update.
