Managing a Ceased CCS Enrolment

Managing a Ceased CCS Enrolment

This article will assist you with managing a Ceased CCS Enrolment for a child at your service.

Why an enrolment becomes ceased

Enrolments become ceased due to:

  • The Child not attending care at the Service for a 14 week continuous period. CCSS will automatically cease this Enrolment.
  • Absences for the Child being submitted by the Service for a 14 continuous week period. CCSS will automatically cease this Enrolment.
  • The Service chooses to End the Enrolment for the Child if they are ceasing Care at the Service.

  1. Create the new booking (recurring or casual) from the new/return date
  2. Select Save
